The Greater Nashua Open Doors Program (also known as the Specialty Open Doors Program, or SPOD) offers a range of services for individuals and families struggling with substance use, mental health, and homelessness. These services include outpatient treatment, supportive housing, counseling, case management, and wrap-around services. The program aims to help individuals and families transition from crisis to sustainable independence.
