Families First Health & Support Center in Portsmouth

The Family Center of Greater Seacoast Community Health, a designated Family Resource Center of Quality, provides a safe and comfortable space for families of all types to share concerns, enjoy time together, and increase parenting skills and confidence. Most family support programs are free of charge, and free child care is offered during classes and groups.

The Family Center can help you build your network of support, connect to local resources, manage stress, learn about child development and expand your parenting toolbox. All parents, grandparents, foster parents and relative caregivers with children of any age are welcome. These programs and services are free and are offered online, by phone and in-person, both indoors and outdoors.
